Since every product is handmade on request, lead time is usually 30 business days.
Every order is shipped by FEDEX Federal Express with the highest prioriry and is always covered by a full insurance. On your request, we will be glad to assist you in determining the best method of shipping you prefer. If your country is not listed, please email us.

Most of our articles are shipped not assembled. Please have a look at our assembly instruction page for more informations on how to assemble a chandelier or a wall sconce.
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the full informations needed to track your package anywhere in the world.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please make sure that you enter your address correctly. We must charge you for shipping if we have to re-ship an item because of an address error.
