Murano chandelier spare parts request

 

Your chandelier is broken and you don't know where to find a spare part?

 

Are you tired wasting your time contacting local craftsmen?

 

An original Murano part can be substituted only by another original one! So stop searching and contact us to request your spare part! There are no Murano lightings we can't fix!

On the e-mail don't forget to specify:

 

  • photos of the broken part, with a ruler for size comparison (as many as possible)
  • photo of a sister part (if available)
  • the number of the spare parts you need
  • your address (for shipping charges calculation)

 

In a few days our Master glassmaker will estimate the cost of the spare part production, and you will be emailed with a full quotation, including shipping charges and delivery time.

 

If required, you will be asked to ship the broken part (or a sister part) for the Master's consideration.
