1. Are the bulbs included or do I buy them from you?

The chandelier comes no lights bulbs: most of our customers prefer to choose them by themselves, customizing shape and wattage.

The light bulbs are standard 40W-60W (depending on the product) E12/E14 - 110/230V and you can buy them in your local hardware store.

If required, for a small surcharge, we can include them in the parcel.

2. What is your guarantee of your products?

First of all that the guarantee of our products is the fact that they are manufactured and comes straight from Venice, Italy.

Our Masters use the same traditional techniques that made Murano glass well-known all over the world.

If required, for a small surcharge, we can include an authenticity certificate signed by the Master glassblower in person.

Lastly, all the transactions are made through Paypal, which gives you the highest customer protection available on the internet and always offers the customer a full refund policy.

3. What is the average manufacturing time of a chandelier?

The usual manufacturing time is 30 days. Since each of our products is handmade on request we cannot guarantee exact timing: it could be few days more or less, depending on the actual queue.

4. What happens if the chandelier arrives broken?

We do always place utmost care in our chandeliers, and pack them in the best possible way, but when the chandelier is shipped, the delivery becomes a responsibility of the carrier.

Since we cannot guarantee for what happens when the package is in the hands of FedEx we do always cover every delivery by a full insurance.

If something arrives broken, you just have to email us the photos of the broken pieces and we will mail them back to you as soon as possible at no additional costs.

If you have a personal forwarding agent here in Italy, we can arrange the delivery with him.
