Most of our articles are shipped not assembled. Please have a look at our Assembly instructions page for more informations on how to assemble a chandelier or a wall sconce.

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the full informations needed to track your package anywhere in the world.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please make sure that you enter your address correctly. We must charge you for shipping if we have to re-ship an item because of an address error. Customer is responsible for any foreign duties.

In order to ensure the best protection during the delivery, every chandelier we shipped is packed with a special method. With the vacuum packing your valuable Murano chandelier is not afraid to travel for long distances and can comfortably enjoy his trip to your house.
