We purchased several chandeliers and a series of sconces and ceiling fixtures. All of the fixtures were perfect and I love the highest quality. They were very well packaged and arrived without any damage. My electrician broke one of the arms of a chandelier and it was replaced without difficulty or delay.The quality of all of their products is outstanding. I recommend them without reservation. I will use them whenever a project requires chandeliers and the other types of fixtures they carry.

Everything is excellent.the packing is excellent and the orders arrive on time.

The chandelier is so gorgeous when lit up. I paid extra for the crate because I didn't want to chance any piece getting broken and it came with everything intact. Instructions were skimpy but we were lucky to get an electrician who was able to rewire to provide more length for hanging. We weren't able to figure how to put the cap cover at ceiling so disappointed not to have the whole effect. Riccardo was responsive when I emailed to inquire on status of shipment since we were going on vacation. Once shipped from Italy the chandelier arrived at our doorstep in just a few days (very efficient). I plan on getting another small chandelier despite the few drawbacks... the beauty of the pieces are worth it.

Products arrived in perfect packing and were as good as in photos on website . I highly recommend that murano glass do arrange better and more competitive rate for their express courier shipper , as shipping is reaching much more than 50 % than product cost . I know other suppliers who get corporate preferential rates , this will make end cost more reasonable

My Doge 6 light entirely gold color chandelier is exceptionally beautiful and was made exactly as I had requested with certain size and design changes from the standard chandelier shown on the web site. Riccardo in customer service provided prompt and clear responses to my several requests for additional information. The chandelier was packed extremely well and had no broken or missing parts. Everything was done with great care and very professionally.

Our chandelier arrived broken mostly due damage while being shipped. Packaging was good but not good enough to withstand the hard treatment the box received being dropped and punctured in shipment. Customer service solved that problem but of course it took quite a while. Installation instructions were a little short and cryptic.

The fixture looks awesome in the room, people always admire it when they visit our home.

I was very anxious about ordering such a delicate piece on-line, let alone have it shipped from Murano. The customer service was excellent, my e-mails were answered promptly and I was encouraged to take my time and ask as many questions as I liked until I felt comfortable. Years of living in Key West, FL have taught us that having something shipped and arrive in one piece is rare and that is for items just usually from the mainland. We were so impressed when our chandelier arrived and my husband opened to put it together just 2 pieces were broken. (They had been carefully shrink- wrapped). Unbelievably, 3 extra pieces had been included (these guys know what they are doing!) and they were just the ones we needed. The instructions to install were good (it did take some patience and perseverance). I love my chandelier and the WOW's I get are numerous. Don't hesitate.

For the most part, I was very satisfied. The only thing that was hard was once I received it I couldn't open it to look at it in case I wanted to return it.
